Monday 25th November
Today we had an appointment to see the midwife. It was at a community hub in Sheerwater. When your Dad and I first moved to West Byfleet we used to walk up the canal and loop around that area, already in 3 years the area has changed so much. I wonder what it will look like when you are big enough to walk there. There’s a new play park just built, as well as the old one still there so I’m sure we will visit lots.
We didn’t walk today though, I still have to be careful with how much activity I do, so we drove you.
The Midwife was pleased with how your are doing, you’ve put on the right amount of weight so we don't have to wake you up to feed you any more which means we may all get a bit more sleep!
Tonight you were happier in your ’big cot’. Grandma Janma bought you the cot to sleep next to me but up until now you seemed to prefer your basket. I think you felt a bit cosier in their but as you get bigger you seem more content. It’s amazing watching you grow.
